SLU-PP-332ERRα (Estrogen-related receptor alpha) synthetic agonist, Salk 2024 preprint (Billon et al. bioRxiv) – preclinical-only, mouse-trial exercise-mimetic evidence. NO human PK / safety data; "exercise-mimetic" myth-marketing since 2024.
SLU-PP-915Pan-ERR (estrogen-related receptor α/β/γ) agonist "exercise-mimetic" research compound, the successor to SLU-PP-332 from the Burris lab (Saint Louis University). Key difference: ORALLY BIOAVAILABLE (the 332 is not) and more potent in vivo – it enhanced running/aerobic capacity to a similar extent as the 332 but at less than half the dose. RESEARCH-ONLY, no human trials.
