What it is
SLU-PP-332ERRα (Estrogen-related receptor alpha) synthetic agonist, Salk 2024 preprint (Billon et al. bioRxiv) – preclinical-only, mouse-trial exercise-mimetic evidence. NO human PK / safety data; "exercise-mimetic" myth-marketing since 2024.
SLU-PP-915Pan-ERR (estrogen-related receptor α/β/γ) agonist "exercise-mimetic" research compound, the successor to SLU-PP-332 from the Burris lab (Saint Louis University). Key difference: ORALLY BIOAVAILABLE (the 332 is not) and more potent in vivo – it enhanced running/aerobic capacity to a similar extent as the 332 but at less than half the dose. RESEARCH-ONLY, no human trials.
Mechanism
SLU-PP-332ERRα (Estrogen-related receptor alpha) synthetic agonist; upregulates PGC-1α + mitochondrial biogenesis
SLU-PP-915Pan-ERR (ERRα/β/γ estrogen-related receptor) agonist – regulates genes for mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, fatty-acid oxidation, Krebs cycle
Dosing (preclinical)
SLU-PP-33250-100 mg/day PO (mouse-dose extrapolation, NO human-trial validation)
SLU-PP-915
Half-life
SLU-PP-332~6-8 hours (mouse extrapolation, NO human PK)
SLU-PP-915Human PK NOT known (research-only, no human trials)
Onset time
SLU-PP-332Mitochondrial-biogenesis marker 2-4 weeks in mice; not documented in humans
SLU-PP-915
Legal status
SLU-PP-332Research-only – NOT an FDA / EMA Rx, no active Phase 1 human trial as of January 2026. WADA NOT explicitly listed; S0 catch-all + monitoring concern applies.
SLU-PP-915Not approved (research only). Available on the research-chemical market. WADA NOT explicitly listed, but due to its "doping potential" characterization, ERR agonists are WADA-risky as metabolic-modulator-adjacent compounds.
Route
SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-915Orally bioavailable (its main advantage over SLU-PP-332, which is not well absorbed orally)
Onset
SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-915Acute aerobic-exercise-like gene-expression program; human onset NOT documented
