WHAT IS NOOPEPT?
Detailed overview
Noopept (N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester) is a cyclic dipeptide derived from Piracetam, developed in Russia in the 1990s. Per-dose roughly 1000× more potent than Piracetam (10-30 mg/day vs. 4800 mg/day). Mechanism: AMPA + NMDA glutamatergic modulation plus NGF (nerve growth factor) and BDNF upregulation. OTC in Russia under the Noopept name; research chemical in EU/USA.

FAQ
FAQ
Noopept is a synthetic compound people generally reach for to support memory, learning and mental clarity, and it is said to kick in faster than older, related substances. Only a very small amount is needed since it is much more potent than its relatives, and it is also described as having a mild calming, anxiety-easing effect. It is worth being upfront that most of the deeper brain-protective claims come from animal studies, while the more solid human track record comes from its use as a prescription medicine in Russia.
