What is Semax?
Semax (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro) is an ACTH(4-10) analog registered in Russia for ischaemic stroke and cognitive enhancement. Available in two forms: subcutaneous injection (research protocol) and intranasal spray (Russian clinical practice primary route).

Community reports on Semax are mixed: some users find it effective, while others report little subjective effect, including when administered subcutaneously.
